An archive quality print of my original charcoal pencil artwork 'Scavengers', originally created as an illustration for gothic horror anthology Tales in Sombre Tones, also available as a trade paperback in my shop.
Inspired by legends of freshwater mermaids who tend to be a little more, er, carnivorous than their ocean going sisters, I created the scene from photographs I took of Loe Pool in Cornwall - a freshwater pool surrounded by trees, separated from the sea by a single sandbar.
Ideal for: wiccan and pagan stores wanting some dark fairytale art as the autumn mists start rolling in, and folklore themed hotels and guesthouses.
