One off original crow skull drawing in charcoal pencil on fine art paper, created as an illustration for a collaborative book project.
I used a crow skull from my own collection as reference for this lovely telling of a relationship between human and bird. It pays to be friends with the wild ones sometimes. The drawing comes complete with a copy of the story by Sean Walter - signed editions of the gothic horror anthology Tales in Sombre Tones are also available. .
Worked in charcoal and Wolff's carbon pencils on Fabriano Artistico extra white paper. It's framed ready to hang in a smart black frame made using recycled materials and with acrylic safety glazing. Drawn area size 12" wide by 18" high, frame size 16" x 22".
