Reflecting on the year

I got a bit of a shock when I realised it's been over a year since I last did a blog post on here - where did that time go! I've launched a whole new series since then, so I guess we've got some catching up to do :)

First up, I'm partway through a sequel to Reflections, my sell-out show from '23. I learned so much from that series but there were elements to some of the photos I took that I didn't get to explore, so I decided we needed a round 2. This time I'm drawing the droplets with their backgrounds, luminous mini worlds against soft shadow lands. I'm also drawing some larger multi-droplet pictures with whole constellations of reflections.

The originals have all sold, but I will be dropping a very limited number of signed and numbered mini-prints in a dew weeks so if you want a chance to get one of those, make sure you're on my mailing list - sign up link at the bottom of the page :)

Asides from being flat out busy, I also started a new Substack where I'm writing articles aimed at sharing some of my 30 years experience, to help other creatives and clients get the best out of the arts scene. It seemed sensible to do that on a platform where I could grow a network and be part of a conversation, so I'm dividing my time between here and there. I will be back!
